“InspiredWordNYC presents LAST FRIDAYZ @ Local Project, an event inspired by the epochal underground spirit of the long-gone Gaslight Café, SAMO, and Folk City.
A dynamic mix of music, live art, poetry, spoken word, and performance art – with electrifying showcased artists – LAST FRIDAYZ will happen EVERY LAST FRIDAY of the MONTH (except during the holiday season months of November and December) within one of NYC’s great creative spaces, Local Project – a non-profit arts organization that for over a decade in Long Island City, Queens, has been committed to providing emerging artists with a space and educational forum.
***Why: Because we NEED great cultural events in Queens!
ALL AGES WELCOME.
Doors open @ 7pm, ends at midnight. **NO OPEN MIC**
