What JRose Brings To The Arts Table
JRose, born and raised in Queens, NY, is a spoken word poet passionate about sharing her perspective on artistry, life, romance, and new-age entrepreneurship. She has been featured on stages all over New York, including The Nuyorican Poets’ Café, The Inspired Word NYC, Open Mic Renegades, and Bronx Poetry, among others. In 2018, she founded The Rose Garden Events Corp. and has curated over 100 showcases, from in-person open mics and artist spotlights to visual arts exhibitions, erotic poetry nights, and virtual open mics. Her contributions to NYC Spoken Word Poetry and her efforts to keep art alive in Brooklyn with The Rose Garden Events’ Monthly Open Mic Nights have earned her recognition as one of NYC’s top art event curators. In 2024, JRose @my_crumbled_thoughts officially released her first SPOKEN WORD ALBUM, “Pieces of My Crumbled Thoughts,” now available on all streaming platforms.
