“On Friday, June 26th, I will have a half hour feature at Local Project for the Inspired Word. I’ve been working extremely hard on my craft for the past few years, and this is one show that means a lot to me.
I feel closer than ever to the person and artist I’ve always been, and being able to share what I’ve been working on with people who are interested in what I have to say about this human experience, my human experience, and our human experience is something I never take for granted.
I cannot do this alone, and your support along my journey is the absolutely necessary proof that I’m moving in the right direction.
I’ve been taking a great deal of oftentimes challenging time to go inside myself, and I’ve been writing a large number of songs and poems over the past few months. I’d love for you guys to join me and experience some material you never heard before in the way I’m going to present it.
So many people keep telling me that when they see me expressing myself, they can see my soul by my transparency, my passion, and the way I engage with the audience in every show.
True connection and authenticity have been my primary pursuits since day one. It is my intention to have every single person in that space not only understand part of my story and journey, but also appreciate what it means to be a vulnerable, passionate, and feeling human being.
This night will be the conversation you’ve been desperately wanting to have and hear.

“InspiredWordNYC presents LAST FRIDAYZ @ Local Project, an event inspired by the epochal underground spirit of the long-gone Gaslight Café, SAMO, and Folk City.
A dynamic mix of music, live art (including face-painting), poetry, spoken word, and performance art (including human canvases) – with both electrifying showcased artists and our talented open mic’ers – LAST FRIDAYZ will happen every last Friday of the month (except during the holiday season months of November and December) within one of NYC’s great creative spaces, Local Project – a non-profit arts organization that for over a decade in Long Island City, Queens, has been committed to providing emerging artists with a space and educational forum.
