I ASK THESE QUESTIONS BECAUSE people treat bigger people like they are not human beings with feelings. Like, they are not deserving of the same things in life that the average man or woman of any size is deserving of. The body does not make you whom you are; it is merely a shell. It’s what’s inside – your spirit, your gentleness, your goodness, your glow. What makes size matter when you need love in your life? When that compatible someone is there waiting for you to accept what’s true and real. When they make you laugh, feel good, and good about being you. When you have someone in your life whose smile you want to wake up to and have along with your coffee or orange juice each morning. Does their weight really matter? Our hearts are all the same size. Actions and what comes from our hearts is what should matter about any human being.
It’s time that the judgment of a person’s size and the negative-thinking (of ourselves and others) is exposed, discussed, and rectified in order for there to be positive-thinking and change in how we treat ourselves and one another. And that change begins within.
A woman’s body is an AMAZING thing. It can create life and nourish children. It should be loved, honored, respected, and APPRECIATED – especially by us women! Self-love, ladies! Remember, you are more than a jeans size! You are adventurous, goal-oriented, relentless, and precious to hold, love, and be loved by. You are worthy of LIVING YOUR LIFE and BEing as big as you can get in life. So get out into life and LIVE BIG!
“Live Big Girl” shows us just how important it is to fall in love with acceptance of our self and our size. And how to grow in self-awareness, self-esteem, and to rid ourselves of self-hate because of not being as small, in mind and body, as the world around us.
