Capicu Culture Peoples Open Mic is back from Summer hiatus! Yeah, baby!

CAPICU Culture Presents: “The People’s Open Mic” @ Evil Olive Pizza & Bar brings you Spoken Word Poetry, with featured artists, EVERY 2nd FRIDAY of the month @ EvilOlivE Pizza Bar in Williamsburg, Brooklyn (inside Geraldines, located in the back of Evil Olive).

March 8, 2019, CAPICU Cultural Poetry Open Mic & Showcase: “The People’s Open Mic” celebrated their 12-YEAR ANNIVERSARY. WOW! That’s 12 years of co-founders PaPo Swiggity & Urban Jibaro creating, building, and growing great art for the community. Congratulations, Capicu!

Join Capicu, and their 12 years of dedicated service to the people and to the arts community, at their next September 2019 “Peoples Open Mic” event. They’ll be featuring The Poets Settlement‘s founder,  Ricardo Thomas Manuel Hernández and also celebrating the birthday of Jessica Arocho – Friday, September 13, 2019,  7:00 pm-11:00 pm, $10, 18 & over @ Geraldine’s Williamsburg @ Evilolive Pizza Bar.  Hosted by PaPo Swiggity.
